Key Parameters for Economic Valuation of V2G Applied to Ancillary Service: Data-Driven Approach

Global automakers are speeding up both the suspension of production internal combustion engine vehicles and transition to electric (EVs) in order respond global goals become carbon-free energy-efficient. Recently, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology has reached commercialization stage Korea. Many studies have mostly discussed profits that an EV owner can make by participating a regulation program. However, all stakeholders who involved with V2G service not been sufficiently considered. Thus, we propose novel framework for economic valuation ancillary service. Furthermore, estimate available capacity find optimal strategy run, data-driven approach is proposed this research. Comprehensive simulation results show situation requiring minimum financial support when V2G-service operator aggregates AC chargers. In addition, promotions from government public utilities accelerate into As final remark, given flexibility framework, it could be adapted validate its performance other countries, as part future works.
